EMTA is pleased to present "Recent Legal Developments in Argentine Debt".


Please note that we have modified the start time for this Seminar to 1:30 pm, and we have added six new panelists since we previously distributed this meeting notice: Robert Cohen from Dechert (representing the plaintiffs), Joseph Alexander (representing The Clearing House), Sean O’Shea (representing the exchange bondholders), Charles Blitzer (Blitzer Consulting), James Glassman (SEC Investor Advisory Board) and Paul Keenan (Greenberg Traurig).


Bank of America Merrill Lynch will host this Seminar on Monday, January 7, 2013, at their offices at One Bryant Park in New York City, beginning at 1:30 p.m. (NYC time), followed by a cocktail reception.

 The Seminar will consist of three panel discussions that will focus on recent US court decisions regarding Argentine debt, the evolving definition of the pari passu clause and its implications for the fixed income marketplace.
